I understand that spaces will be available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis! Spaces will be roughly 10' x 10' and one will be RESERVED for you IF AVAILABLE with this signup. Farpoint VIPs & returning vendors get dibs on their previous years' spots. Spaces are not SPECIFICALLY ASSIGNED until the morning of the show! Arrive EARLY to secure a 'good' spot! *

I understand that my spot is NON TRANSFERABLE! You cannot give or sell your spot to someone else! *

I understand that load-in is from *5:30AM - 8:30*. NO EARLY BIRDS OR CAMPING! Vehicles can pull in to unload but then must park across Rt. 40 in the Atlantic City Electric lot! *

I understand that I must supply ALL my own equipment: table, chairs, tent, etc. Farpoint will NOT be supplying ANY equipment! *

I understand that I must take all trash with me or deposit it into appropriate receptacles AND clean up my space FULLY at the end of the show, leaving no refuse behind! *

I understand that while the Farpoint shop will be open inside, It's A Toy Show is an outdoor event! Farpoint has NO CONTROL over the weather! RAIN DATE for this year's show is SUNDAY MAY 26, 2024! *

I understand that Farpoint Toys is not responsible for my belongings: tables, items, product, valuables, etc. *

I understand that vendor spaces are for toy, comic, game and collectible pop culture items ONLY - no unauthorized food or beverage sales, no MLM sales, no political items, no unrelated product, etc. *

I understand that by vending at It's A Toy Show, I agree to be photographed or video recorded, and that my likeness, name/business name or product/items may appear in video, still image or print advertisements for Farpoint Toys and/or It's A Toy Show. By signing up, I also agree to receive future updates on Farpoint events and news via email! *

I understand that this sign-up is not a guarantee of a spot. IF AVAILABLE, your space will be CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL approximately ONE MONTH BEFORE THE SHOW, so be sure to add contact@farpointtoys.com to your email whitelist! *
